Report shows seismic shift in e-Learning rapid authoring

Over the last few years, there has been a significant growth in the demand for organisational-specific e-learning content. At the same time, a seismic shift has occurred in the e-learning authoring landscape; new authoring tools, learning content management systems, rapid e-learning approaches, out-sourcing and in-sourcing have all impacted the strategies adopted by large corporates to develop e-learning.

The recent economic crisis has further increased the pressure on budgets and the need for instant answers, forcing all organisations to look for better, cheaper and quicker ways to produce and maintain their e-learning content.
