Kaplan IT Learning Acquires Atlantic Link

Kaplan IT Learning, a leading provider of technology solutions enabling organisations to rapidly develop and deploy high quality e-learning and prepare for technology certifications, today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Atlantic Link, a leading provider of collaborative rapid e-learning authoring software.

The acquisition of Atlantic Link supports Kaplan IT Learning’s strategy of providing a variety of quality training products, services and solutions across a global market. “We are very excited to join forces with Atlantic Link,” said Brian Sholly, President of Kaplan IT Learning. “This rare opportunity will allow Kaplan to expand our market presence globally and offer a much larger selection of products. STT InfoShare is an online learning portal that enables companies to communicate with and train employees, customers and partners. PerformIT allows Kaplan IT Learning to author and host performance-based testing items for technology partners used in the training and testing of IT professionals and software application end-users.
